Maybe you can skip forcedly inrementing the svn version, but just
wait until someone commits something?
Just a note - I mean _source_ archives in my initial message. There is
no real "build" (compilation) involved. Anyway these concerns are
true for the binary and for the source archives.
Testing can show the presence of bugs, but not their absence.
