[XaraXtreme-dev] svgfilter rename

The svgfilter seems to have been renamed, but the buildserver doesn't
yet know about it:
cp: cannot stat `XaraLXSrc/filters/SVGFilter/svgfilter': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat `XaraLXSrc/filters/SVGFilter/svgfilterui': No such file or directory 

so it's presumably not putting the stuff in the package.
