[XaraXtreme-dev] Error when clicking on "File"

With revision 1134 I get an error ("cannot enumerate files in 
directory /usr/share/xaralx/doc/Templates") when clicking on "File", 
which prevents me from using the File menu.

I presume this is because I do not have this directory in my file 
system. The code should probably check whether it exists and exit 
silently if not.
