[XaraXtreme-dev] Printing up-side down

Printing is progressing. For some reason everything is being printed
upside down (i.e. Y access inverted). As /everything/ is upside
down, I can only assume that the render matrix has been created
the wrong way up.

Before I spend hours debugging this, has anyone inverted the
Y coordinate of the render matrix when converting to LX?
Does windows require its Y coordinate to be inverted when
