[XaraXtreme-dev] Drag And Drop

You folks may already know this but here goes: Ever since r1692 the 
program has lost some of its drag-and-drop (dd) capabilities.

With r1717, now we can dd to an open .xar file with PDF, JPG, PNG, and 
TIF, but not with an SVG or a XAR.
