The fact that you are making these controls sizer based, does that make
it any easier to do this, once we get around to doing the actual preview
windows?


You are right, and it should, at least in the case of the other preview
window (the GIF animation one) which I made live last night attempts
to do sizers in a hard-coded way (resizes the box itself). This too
would benefit from being written using sizers (and possibly being
resizable). I thus didn't bother fixing it (it's a bit of a
non-functional mess at the moment).
